- **RAM:** 2GB (tight)
- **CPU:** Intel Xeon E312xx — no GPU
- **Disk:** 40GB
- **OS:** Ubuntu 22.04

## What Works
- ffmpeg 4.4.2, Python 3, TTS, Pillow (after apt install), QQ Bot, WebChat

## What Doesn't Work Well
- AI image generation (no GPU), complex video rendering, yt-dlp for YouTube

## User's Local PC
- Windows, 4GB GPU, has 剪映 for video editing

## Recommended Hybrid Workflow
1. Server: script writing, TTS, subtitles, asset prep
2. User's PC: final assembly in 剪映
3. Transfer via Nginx /media/ or SCP
